Reformer Pilates

A dynamic, fun and challenging workout that targets your whole body. Focusing on strengthening and lengthening your stabilising muscles and improving posture and flexibility in a fun social workout.

Our classes are accessible for all ages + levels. With just 5 participants per class the focus on creating length, strength and tone in your body in tailored where needed and gives a small group feel.

Mums & Bubs

Whilst all Swell classes are pregnancy friendly, our mums & bubs classes are the perfect social workout for you and your bub.

Meet other mums or mammas to be whilst

flowing through a workout designed specially for the pre/post natal body.

 

This class uses different pieces of Pilates equipment

in a circuit style class that is going to get endorphins

pumping whilst focusing on both mind and body.

1:1 or 2:1 Pilates

Work alone (1:1) or with a friend (2:1)  All private sessions are fully tailored to you and your needs using reformer, wunda chair, pilates arc and mat work.
